Orders are processed within 1 business day from the date of payment confirmation.

Delivery Time Within Qatar:
Delivery takes 1 to 3 business days, depending on the area and the courier service.

Our delivery partners include Snoonu, Rafeeq, or our own delivery personnel in some cases.

Responsibility Disclaimer:
SOLOREY is not responsible for any delivery delays caused by third-party courier services beyond our control.

If your order is delayed, please contact us and we will follow up with the delivery provider.

Delivery Attempts:
Delivery is usually attempted twice. If the order cannot be delivered, we will contact the customer to reschedule or arrange a new delivery time.
