Return & Exchange Policy

Timeframe:
• You may request a return or exchange within 1 day of receiving your order.

Conditions:
• The product must be in its original condition (unused – unwashed – in full packaging).
• An invoice or proof of purchase must be provided.

Non-returnable cases:
• Discounted items or products sold under special promotions.
• Any customized or tailored items.

How to process a return:
• Contact us via Instagram or WhatsApp to coordinate the return.
• The customer will cover the delivery fee unless the return is due to our error.
